What does the condition of the cards indicate?

The grading of individual cards reflects our own perception and assessment based on our experience. You can see the current condition in the pictures on our website. If you are unsure, please contact us and ask. We will be happy to send you more pictures upon request.

What do you offer?

Originally packaged products, single cards, accessories and everything related to trading cards are part of our product range.

Do you also offer other trading card games?

Currently, we only offer Pokémon products. In the future, we plan to expand to include One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and more.

Which languages ​​do you offer?

We started with German products and are currently expanding to include English products related to the Pokémon TCG. A few Japanese items can be found in the shop. Our next step is to expand to include Japanese Pokémon products.

Are you a reputable provider?

We opened this reputable shop in February 2023 and started with a relatively manageable portfolio. Therefore, our online shop has very few reviews or recommendations. Is pickup possible?

That's no problem! Simply contact us via the contact form, when ordering an item directly, or via email at info@gameshop-twins.de. We can then process your order personally. We will then refund the shipping costs if the order has already been paid and will get back to you promptly.

How long does shipping take?

The item will be packaged within one day. The order will be sent to the shipping service provider no later than the day after you place your order (working days only). You will receive the tracking number from us via email. From then on, the delivery time is no longer in our control. However, we have had good experience with receiving your order within two days.
